Friday’s frequently asked questions segment is on temporary hiatus. When thinking up a replacement column/blog it just hit me - what do we all (and especially me) love the most? Obviously, food and our pets!

Starting today and on select Friday’s, we’ll feature a Food Truck or one of our furry friend’s favorite hangout spots, a groomer, store or day care provider.

To kick this party off, today, Friday March 22nd we'll feature...

Roxy’s Gourmet Grilled Cheese Food Truck

We love Roxy’s for a number of reasons – first and foremost, they were one of the first food trucks in the City, finished 2^nd in the Food Networks Great Food Truck Race, and then returned home to blanket the city in cheesy goodness. Now with 2 trucks, one of the friendliest staffs around, and expanding fast, you can get one of the best cheese riddled creations ever tasted 6 days a week throughout the city.

If you’re a bacon & guacamole fan then we’d suggest giving the Green Muenster Melt a whirl. If you prefer more meaty goodness, try the Mighty Rib which features braised short ribs, caramelized onions and fontina cheese. If you prefer the way your Mom used to make you your weekend snack, go with the Rookie Melt (basic grilled cheese with or without tomato) and a cup of their homemade Tomato soup.

As of late they have started serving brunch every Sunday at theirCleveland Circlelocation starting at 11am. We 100% suggest you check it out as they have beefed up their normal creations with poached eggs, home fries and hollandaise sauce. Oh, if you really want to indulge, give their brunch poutine a whirl – this crowd pleaser has bacon, egg, hand cut truffle fries and local Grafton cheddar to create one of the best things ever to have entered my mouth.
