Now that 99% of the population uses their iPhone, iPad, Android or Tablet on a daily basis, here are some Apps which you may find useful. 

Carfax: The Carfax app enables you to scan or enter VIN #’s to instantly obtain Carfax reports. Cost: Free 

Evernote: This extremely popular app allows you to create notes on the go and keep ideas stored for later use. Evernote allows you to capture photos, create lists and record voice reminders. This app also searches specific text from photos and business card images taken with your camera. The basic free account includes a 40MB monthly upload allowance. Cost: Free

HootSuite: HootSuite is a social media management tool with millions of users. The interface lets users keep track of all social networking status from a single page. You can view and manage multiple social media accounts with online support for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google + and Foursquare (and many more). It allows users to message followers on Twitter; check in on Foursquare, Like on Facebook and view LinkedIn connections. Cost: $9.99 per month 

Kayak: The Kayak travel app includes a flight, hotel, car search, booking and flight tracker. You can also look up baggage fees and obtain Airlines phone #’s. Cost: Free 

Kelly Blue Book: This app can be very useful when determining the value for a certain vehicle. With this app you can read about car prices, used car values and browse thru millions of photos and videos. Cost: Free 

Redfin: Redfin’s multiple listing service powered app includes home details, photos and property history which are updated hourly. Cost: Free 

Waze: Waze is the fastest growing community based traffic and navigation app. This app does everything from helping to find the cheapest gas station to providing real time traffic. Cost: Free
